Bio
My name is Jasper Broer and I have been working in Human Resources and Leadership roles for over 15 years. I have spent my career shaping, optimizing, and leading HR practices across Indigenous, nonprofit, hospitality, and corporate organizations.
Having worked internationally and now based in Campbell River, BC, I combine a unique work experience that expands from having worked for two of Holland’s biggest multinational corporations as well as a diverse range of smaller and mid-sized businesses and non profits in Canada.
Driven by a proactive mindset and values-based approach, I focus on aligning people strategies with organizational goals to strengthen capability and support long-term, sustainable growth.
I’m passionate about enabling others by developing clear, practical HR tools and processes that are easy to understand and apply. When teams know what’s expected and are supported in how to deliver, it builds confidence, boosts efficiency, and drives stronger results across the organization.
